The typical job
A unit is idled or a turnaround replaces a switchgear line-up and its MCCs. Petrochemical electrical equipment is often medium-voltage, heavily rated and specified for classified areas, which means a narrower resale market but a higher unit value when it fits.
What matters on a refinery site
Permitting, hot work rules, escorts and safety culture. Our crews work to site orientation, hot work and confined space permitting, and we plan removals that avoid live process areas. Documentation and daily JSAs are standard, not an add-on.
